Customers can call us on (01373) 469900 during working hours, and order using most major credit and debit cards.
We also offer direct online ordering through this website for customers with a Paypal account.

Postal Charges

The majority of orders are shipped by Royal Mail, including all overseas shipments.
Larger orders are sent by Interlink Express who provide an extremely reliable Next Day delivery service.

Please ensure there is someone to sign for these deliveries – alternatively we can ship to a work address if this is more convenient, but remember to add a note to this effect at the time of ordering!

Returns and Exchanges

Customers wishing to return goods should notify us within 14 days if they are not to their satisfaction. After this period the sale is final.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • We will credit the card used for initial payment. We may need to contact you as we do not keep all card details on file. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
  • If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
